Terms & CONDITIONS
To place an order please message us on our social media platforms or email email@example.com and allow us time to reply with a confirmation. Please note we are a small business and orders are subject to availability. Our products are made to order. To secure your confirmed order, we require full payment for platters and boxes and request at least 24 hours’ notice to place an order.
Delivery will be charged at £3.00 anywhere within a 5 mile radius of Lisburn City Centre and charged at 50p per mile thereafter. Collection is available from Mon - Saturday at agreed times. Delivery radius within 15 miles of Lisburn City Centre. Time of delivery & Collection will be agreed and the time will be made available the evening before the agreed delivery date. We will try to accommodate all time requests but can not guarantee these. We will try our best to deliver on time, however this may change due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
Food & Produce:
Please be aware all platters, boxes and grazing tables are subject to availability and what is in season. It is your responsibility to inform us well in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies. While we make every effort to accommodate such requirements, this may not always be possible. Pricing may also vary. It is also your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerance well in advance. Our platters are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. While we may be able to label items containing possible allergens ahead of time on request, there is a risk of cross-contamination. Anyone with a severe food allergy should refrain from consuming our products.
Platter Equipment & Rental:
All Boards, Display Items and tableware are provided as a rental and must be returned in the same condition at agreed time. If Equipment is broken, damaged or not returned this will incur a FULL CHARGE of replacement and compensation.
We are a limited company and are fully registered with the local Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council and have been awarded 5 stars in our food hygiene rating 2020. Our team have met current food safety & hygiene requirements. All food should be consumed within 1 hour of delivery if left unrefrigerated or within 3 hours of delivery if refrigerated, after which RARE will not be accountable for the freshness of the food.
Payment is required in FULL upon confirmation of the order and can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Cash on delivery or collection is subject to discretion. Cancellations /rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours prior. Any deposits or prepayments are fully NON - REFUNDABLE.
